Archibald Campbell, 3rd Duke of Argyll, 1st Earl of Ilay (June 1682–April 15, 1761) var en skotsk adelsmand, politiker, jurist og soldat. Han var kendt som Lord Archibald Campbell fra 1703 til 1706 og som jarlen af Ilay fra 1706 til 1743, da han arvede hertugdømmet.

Født i Petersham, Surrey, i juni 1682. Han støttede sin broder John Campbell, 2. hertug af Argylll (on many topics, most notably the Act of Union), earning him the title of Earl of Ilay in 1706. Hans militære karriere, som var mindre succesfuld end hans broders, was somewhat distinguished. Han assisterede sin broder under slaget ved Sheriffmuir i 1715. Four years earlier, he had been appointed to the Privy Council. Many called him the "most powerful man in Scotland", at least until the era of Henry Dundas. He succeeded his brother to the title of Duke of Argyll in October 1743. He worked on Inveraray Castle, his brother's estate, which was finished in the 1750s; however, he never lived in it, og han døde den 15. april 1761.
