opererer C-130E hercules transportfly og F-16C/D jagerfly.

355th Fighter Squadron ved Eielson AFB, Alaska, vil modtage yderligere 6
A/OA-10A kampfly.
70th FS ved Moody AFB,
Georgia, vil blive inaktiveret i FY00 efter at have mistet 12 fly i FY99
og yderligere 12 i FY00.

AFB, North Carolina, er blevet stationeret ved Bagram,
Afghanistan.
AFM 6/03 : Et
A-10A kampfly fra 124th Wing/190th FS/Idaho ANG blev ramt af luftværnsmissil
(sandsynligvis Roland) over Bagdad 8/4/03. Piloten skød sig ud med
katapultsæde hvorefter flyet styrtede ned.
